• Drinksi does not offer any refunds or returns. All sales are final. In exceptional circumstances, if a refund is approved, a restocking fee of fifty percent (50%) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product was originally shipped free of charge as part of a promotion, a deduction of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling expenses.
• Failed Delivery Attempts. If you fail to receive your order after the designated number of delivery attempts as per the shipping agency's policies, and the product is returned to Drinksi, a restocking fee of thirty percent (30%) will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If the product was originally shipped free of charge as part of a promotion, a deduction of fifty dollars ($50.00) will be made from the refund to cover shipping and handling expenses. If the package is returned to Drinksi in a damaged condition due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
• Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and Store Credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

1. Damaged Product. If you receive a significantly damaged product, you may qualify for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you purchased Drinksi shipping insurance during checkout. If the product is no longer available, you may be eligible for store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
2. Incorrect Orders. In the event that the product you received differs from the item specified on your order receipt, we will arrange for the shipment of the correct item that corresponds to your receipt once we have received the incorrect item back using a return label provided by Drinksi. If the correct item is no longer available, we will provide you with store credit equal to the purchase price of the incorrect item.

• All sales are considered final. If you require cancellation of an order that has not been packaged or shipped, we may, at our discretion, issue a refund, subject to a restocking fee of 15 percent (15%).

3. Lost Shipments: Drinksi is not responsible for any lost shipments, including packages lost due to hold requests or delivery rescheduling.
4. Returned Packages: If a package is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. Damaged Packages upon Return: If a package is returned to Drinksi due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery and is damaged in the process, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
6. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to place an order, and a signature of someone at least 21 years of age is required upon delivery.

Processing and Shipping Time

1. All orders placed Monday through Friday will be shipped out within 1-9 business days.
2. Ground shipments placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out within 1-9 business days (During the holiday season, processing may take longer).
3. Express shipments placed Monday through Friday before 4pm PST will be shipped out the following business day (During the holiday season, processing may take longer).
4. Orders placed on Friday after business hours, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped out within 1-9 business days from the following Monday.

If the package is returned to Drinksi damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.

Damaged Items

However, if your order includes original manufacturer packaging or non-conventional shaped bottles, they may be packed differently but securely, at Drinksi's discretion.
