• Exchanges and Store Credit. Exchanges and Store Credit will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the following conditions:

If you receive a significantly damaged product, you may qualify for an identical replacement if the product is in stock and you purchased Drinksi shipping insurance during checkout. If the product is no longer available, you may be eligible for store credit equal to the purchase price of the damaged item, including shipping costs.
